Finally made it to this place - wanting to go for years. And yes it lives up to its reputation. The place is small. A few tables and counter top inside. And few more tables outside. Very busy. Continuous flow of folks doing take out. The staff is friendly and efficient
My favorite roadside burger joint in all of NJ, bar none. No matter what you get (I recommend the Steve's burger for a truly unique experience that is also award-winning), it will be very tasty. They even have their own soda brand, reasonably priced in the fridge in the back. I've had their black cherry and root beer, and I am a fan of both. Their hot dogs are also very good, and service is great and friendly in a rustic old roadside feel. Cash only, so come prepared.
The food is good, the services excellent and the ambience is unbeatable. I truly recommend the family operated restaurant.
